Honestly, the doughnuts are mostly fresh and the food will sometimes be alright, but you'll sometimes find yourself in situations where you'll be waiting for an employee to get off their phone which is really annoying, then after you'll have them refer another employee while they continue to waste time on their phone instead of working, wasting everyone's time.

Honestly this place is a joke! They revamped it for no reason and clearly all the money went to redoing the business and definitely decreased in the value and quality of the food! Every damn day they have old stale donuts! I let him know the donut was stale tasted old and nasty THE GUY LITERALLY TOOK A BITE OUT OF MY DONUT TO SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! Literally just NASTY!The assistant manager and the other guy that there are useless. The assistant manager wants to tell me the register dont offer refunds clearly i got my refund! They are nasty and rudeIF YOU WANT STALE OLD DONUTS PLEASE COME TO THIS LOCATIONTHE GUY WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING A BITE OUTTA THE DONUT YOU JUST BIT INTO ?Coffee sucks too!

I mostly get my coffee here on the morning before work.Recently I have been getting hot coffee obviously bcos the weather is getting colder outside.Sometimes the coffee is so hot it unbearably for me to hold it in my hands.Today I asked for a cup sleeve and NO they don’t have it.So I asked for an extra cup ( EMPTY CUP ) to double up my cup so I can hold it comfortably.The first worker I asked blatantly just went NO! NO! .I walked to the second worker and he also didn’t seem to want to just give me an extra cup so I don’t burn my hands holding my cup of coffee I just picked up from thier store with no cup sleeve.Another customer had to step in and ask him to just give me an extra cup ( EMPTY CUP) that all I was asking for.Before he handed me an extra cup.It frustrating to spend money in a such a place.

They completely revamped the interior. It’s spacious and clean now. But still lacking in the service department as they hire folks with very limited English. The one I interacted with had trouble taking my order correctly.

Update** 11/1/23Dropped down to one star because when they get the orders wrong, they are not very nice and have very poor/non-existent customer service in addition to their terrible communication.October 2023: Three stars because they are open 24hrs and if you order ahead through the app, it's always an extremely quick pickupHowever, don't expect much if you're trying to communicate with any of the male staff members or order in the store.Went back and forth with two gentleman at the register after I converted my points in the app. I wanted a refresher and thought it qualified as a "Free Premium Sip", which is what I converted 900 points for. Turns out it actually qualifies as a "Free Crafted Drink" which is only 700 points. I'm willing to take the loss and just ask if they can make me the refresher but go ahead and use the offer. He just keeps telling me "No free, no free" and then calls the other guy over. I asked again what I could use it for since I had already converted the points and neither of them could tell me or understand what I was saying.This is the second location I've been to like this. It's really frustrating.

Appalling cashier who was an indian or other foreign decent with head covering was Racist judged me at the door not knowing anything about me. Did not want to serve me argued all the way through my order gave me her back at other times while I was talking then came back to ask dumb questions that if she would not have given her back but been attentive to the customer she would have known. Then said I don't like you. Tried to tell me to leave but I am a paying customer and made a second order and stayed all the longer. No manager and no accountability! You guys have terrible customer service and come to the USA to make money off of us but don't want to respect us. As we are natives and they are not and come to act sooo racist with the american people. All I wanted was an apology all I got was more racism from the other employee gentleman who was with her. Lord have mercy on these fools.

Was repeatedly told to “listen” when I requested to take an item off of my order. Literally left the store after the third time I was told to listen. If I’m asking for a price to be explained and then decide to remove an item before paying (after clearly understanding why the price was so high), maybe it’s the employee who should listen and take off an item from the order. Ridiculous.
