Honestly this place is a joke! They revamped it for no reason and clearly all the money went to redoing the business and definitely decreased in the value and quality of the food! I mostly get my coffee here on the morning before work.Recently I have been getting hot coffee obviously bcos the weather is getting colder outside.Sometimes the coffee is so hot it unbearably for me to hold it in my hands.Today I asked for a cup sleeve and NO they don’t have it.So I asked for an extra cup ( EMPTY CUP ) to double up my cup so I can hold it comfortably.The first worker I asked blatantly just went NO! Honestly, the doughnuts are mostly fresh and the food will sometimes be alright, but you'll sometimes find yourself in situations where you'll be waiting for an employee to get off their phone which is really annoying, then after you'll have them refer another employee while they continue to waste time on their phone instead of working, wasting everyone's time.
