IHOP offers good food and service despite some minor issues. The atmosphere can be stuffy and dim, with worn-out stairs to the basement bathroom. However, servers like Sade, Eandre, and others provide excellent service, and the food is delicious, with fresh and tasty omelettes, waffles, and coffee. Customers often enjoy the friendly and helpful staff, including servers like Natasha and Jayden, who are known for being gracious, accommodating, and polite. The restaurant is busy but generally provides prompt seating, and free parking is available. Overall, IHOP is a great spot with room for improvement in its ambiance.
