This was my first time at an ihop since the pandemic. I worried because it was 24 hours and previously working in the restaurant industry has showed different outcomes. This wasn't the case. Sade was my server. She was on point. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back if she is my server

Came in today with my wife before going too work and THESE GUYS MADE OUR DAY, Eandre was amazing and the hostess tended and brought the food out very quick. The Omelettes, waffles ,and coffee were fresh and tasty and we cleaned our plates. 10/10 on every aspect, almost night and day from a year ago.

This was our first time coming to this ihop location- it’s dark the staff is slow and the service awful. We ended up walking out and going to another location as the waitress walked past us 3 times without serving us. The tables are also filthy. 0 stars

10/10If you are a tourist like me, I recommend that you visit this chain. Everything is very good.The dishes they serve are huge, you are more than full!!The food, both sweet and salty, really, everything is delicious!The staff very friendly and attentive.We will definitely return when we return to NY.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for the little ones.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS? When this Ihop first opened, it was very nice. The food was good, the service was great. We were so happy to have one in the neighborhood. I don't know what happened to this place, but over the years, it has gotten worse and worse. I hadn't been here in a few years after one occasion where the service was bad and the food was mediocre.I made the mistake of coming here last night with my kids because they love Ihop, and I wanted to treat them after getting good grades. We came in at around 7pm and the place was empty, only 2 tables with people eating, the girl at the front was very nice and brought us to our table, told us someone would be with us soon. We sat at the table for a good 30 minutes with people walking in and out of the kitchen, not a single greeting, hello I'll be right with you, sorry for the wait, nothing. We were invisible. I couldn't tell who was the server, there was one employee near the 2 tables with people but he wasnt wearing a uniform, so I don't know if he was the server or not.After 30 minutes I went to the front to ask whats going on and no one was there, a few minutes later the girl from the front passed by us and I asked her if anyone was going to help us, she said someone would. To make matters worse, this place looked dirty and didn't smell appealing. I can understand being understaffed, but there were definitely employees working because we heard people talking in the kitchen. After about 5 minutes later, we decided it wasn't worth the wait and left, plus I didn't want to imagine what the food would be like after all this. I am truly shocked that this place is being run this way, and we will never be returning here and will make sure to tell everyone we know of how terrible this place is.

Went to redeem my rewards. Manager does not know how to use the app rewards, does not know how the business he manages works, the server tried is best, please place him as the manager and the manager can go wash the dishes, seems more appropriate for his capabilities.
They never have anything. They didn't have orange or Apple juice. The lettuce in my salad was old. The soda tasted like seltzer water. The only good thing was my server she was very nice.

Delivery food from there is terrible, takes to long over an hour plus it gets to the house cold . Is like they don’t work to make order just attend the customers in it , don’t recommend this place.

I'm a person who loves IHOP since a kid my favorite place to eat no matter what state Im in ... I'm also a cook who strongly believes in making customers food how I would want my food to be made pancakes are probably by far the easiest things to make and it just shows the level of dedication the cooks at this ihop have ... 62 dollars to eat eggs because everything else was practically inedible .. Chocolate chip pancakes on left and blueberry pancakes on right ..
