Right inside Penn station . Of course it’s going to be busy . With such location , i wish they have more employees. Sometimes the line gets long . Gets clogged . They try hard to serve quick . Hard work ! Coffee could be better. Too watery . Hashbrowns were good .

Have eaten at many Dunkin Donuts and most of them have better service than this location. It seemed that food may have not been fresh. Had no choice had to catch a bus for long distance travel so ended up going to this location
