As I walked into this Dunkin’ Donuts, the lady at the counter with glasses had a huge attitude towards customers. She assumed we were blind and kept repeating to us “look at the menu”. She thinks we don’t know how to speak English since we look Asian. Her own accent was also quite tragic, she expected us to understand every word she said. Even though she spoke quickly and had a strong accent that even someone from an English speaking country could not understand. This worker started mocking us to her coworkers which settles for a horrible environment for your store. All because we aren’t American.
This happened today around 9:30.
Please change your horrible attitude towards your customers.
Simply, no one can understand your accent.

The lady at the second counter at 9:00 am screamed at me whenever I couldn’t get to the counter “NEXT NEXT DAMN IT KID I SAID NEXT” she yelled and when I got to the counter I asked for strawberry lemon bread and she screamed again “WE DONT HAVE LEMON BREAD CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE “ so I got a random coffee because she scared me and then I realized she didn’t ask me the size I wanted and she gave me a EXTRA LARGE I can’t even finish a small?!? AND IT WAS 8 DOLLARS? 8? I left that dunking crying

Everyday I order my coffee on the mobile app but this time I wanted to go inside to order my coffee. So I paid for my coffee and I ask for a receipt. The cashier had an attitude and hand me my receipt barley in my hand. At first I was going to say something but I let it go because I was tired and did not feel like arguing. As I waited for my coffee, I see staff members nice to other people but when my order is called, I get the here you go attitude. What I do not understand is if you are going to work a customer service job, you have to be friendly and welcoming not rude and have an attitude. If you are having a bad day then at least pretend to be nice, do not treat people mean base on their skin color. The incident made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I rather pay more for coffee at another establishment then waste my hard earn money to someone that always treat me funny base on skin color.
The coffee was delicious, just very expensive
A little expensive for a donut and a sort of vanilla drink, but compared to Starbucks prices, I would say that I find the quality-price ratio to be quite honest and convenient.

Always so rude and never seem to place my mobile orders on the pickup station and then they ignore you when you try to get their attention to grab your drink from their side. Make it make sense

The staff here is nice, they gave us a bag of donuts for free! The coffee is fresh, sandwiches are hot, and place is clean. The service is quick too!
Nasty service. Was on the whole time I was ordering. Pretty much had to serve myself
