Pleasantly surprised to find a Joju location near 5th Ave! It seemed to be more of a takeout place with a small seating area in the back that has a few tables. After a day of walking the city, I stopped by here with my friend to get some bubble tea and joju fries as a pick me up. This place was a bit different from other locations in that instead of ordering at the register, we placed our order via tablets which is convenient as it allowed me to view the whole menu at my own pace.
I've had quite a few Bahn mi sandwiches in various cities... this was the best. By far. The beef bulgogi bowl was also great. I don't know which I liked better.. both were perfect. Caramalized pork was tender and savory. I recommend 2 entrees and do add the runny yolk egg!

So, we were experiencing a heavy starvation period until we pulled out our phone and found JOJU LOL. The self checkout is extremely simple and enjoyable because there were photos that accompanied the food item.The food in which we nourished ourselves was nothing short of very good.
