My first time visiting this location. The gentleman who assisted me with the order, I’m speechless. Extremely welcoming and polite. Plus…. food was fresh and delicious. They have an employee cleaning the place which is AMAZING. She knows how to take care of everything … spotless. Clients should be more aware and clean before leaving the restaurant.
This location is so so. I don't like the self-service in the drink area. I don't care for the kiosk to order you food either( they put people out of work. ) Go to the location on 6th Avenue between 47th and 48th Street.

Been here in 3 nights in a row as my hotel was nearby. Not sure why this outlet receives such low ratings when it is one of the better ones around. It is relatively clean, there’s a wait for your food but not painstakingly long. Robert is the hardest working member of the team. I’ve sat and observed the way he kept the orders going, much more than his colleagues who were either using their phones or joking out loud. Kudos to his hard work and for keeping the outlet going.
