Me and my co workers come here at least 3/4 times a week for breakfast. I usually can take their attitudes in there. But this Morning was just unacceptable. Making fun of other people and talking about us because you think we can’t understand you all because we asked a question about the Dunkin app credits is outrageous. They rolled there eyes, sucked there teeth and whispered to each other not knowing we understood them. I even asked for a syrup and the cook in the back said No before I explained I had two wraps. They handled our food with lil to no care. I never been treated this way before, if you don’t want to start off your day bad, do not go here.

I recently had the most appalling encounter at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 6 E 46th St, New York, NY 10017. I went in expecting a simple transaction to grab a cup of coffee, but I was met with blatant accusations and unwarranted threats that left me utterly shocked and humiliated.Upon entering the establishment, I requested a cup of coffee and denied any interest in purchasing a donut. To my surprise, the staff member at the counter instantly accused me of lying and claiming that I had ordered a donut before. Excuse me? I have never been treated with such disrespect and false accusations in my life.Not only did they accuse me of a non-existent previous donut purchase, but they proceeded to threaten me with the police. I was taken aback by their unprofessional and rude behavior. It was as if they were waiting for an opportunity to humiliate a customer and flex their imagined authority.Instead of dealing with the situation politely or seeking clarity, they immediately jumped to conclusions and attempted to intimidate me. I felt like a criminal for merely wanting a cup of coffee. This experience was humiliating, offensive, and completely uncalled for.The lack of customer service and basic human decency at this Dunkin' Donuts location is truly appalling. I have never encountered such hostility and arrogance in any other coffee shop. It's evident that this branch lacks proper training for their staff in handling customer interactions.I would strongly advise anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful coffee experience to steer clear of this particular Dunkin' Donuts location at 6 E 46th St, New York, NY 10017. I hope that my terrible encounter will serve as a warning to others and encourage the management to reevaluate their staff and customer service policies.In conclusion, this visit to Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of a nightmare. Absolutely rude lady, purchased ahead to get my free Mondays coffee went in and no coffee with my purchase. Instead of explaining me why she yelled at me and say no coffee on top of that mock me with her coworker about me asking for coffee. Very unprofessional.
