Went during a quieter Saturday when about 50-60% of the tables were full. Tonkatsu taken broth was rich and creamy, noodles were chewy, and the salmon ikura bowl was refreshing.Easy service, clean bathroom, simple and well put together dining area.Only note is that ramen's noodle to broth ratio could use more broth.

The ramen here is really low quality, especially compared to others in the area. We ordered several dishes that just really missed the bar by a lot. Not sure if it was an off day because I’ve heard such good things about the place, but unfortunately had a bad experience. Service was really good to make up for it.

Miso ramen - the soup was great, and so we're the ingredients. The noodles were okay. Service wasn't the most attentive, even though the restaurant was half full. If I were in the neighborhood, I'd return, but prefer Ippudo Westside.

We visited E.A.K. Ramen and were blown away at how wonderful our experience was. The service, food, and atmosphere were everything we were looking for. We recently visited Chicago and had ramen, which set the bar high. E.A.K. Ramen met our expectations and beyond. You can truly taste the love their team puts into preparing food. Our server even went out of her way to mix me a mocktail that ended up tasting better than the drink I originally had in mind. We will absolutely visit E.A.K. again. Thank you all for such wonderful service.

The soup at EAK Ramen was just as delicious as when I had it in Japan! The noodles had a slightly different texture, but I'm satisfied with that as a New York style. The staff were also very nice, and the restaurant was kept clean. I definitely want to go there again!

The vegan mushroom soup is amazing as are the shishito peppers.
I was not expecting to eat ramen while visiting Times Square, but I am SOOOO glad my wife and daughter dragged me in here. We had the mixed seaweed and power greens salad, then I had ramen soup. The service was excellent. We got happy hour Kirin and Sapporo. The food here gets my absolute highest rating. I Would Eat Until I Die food. If they kept bringing me bowls of their ramen, I would keep eating them until I exploded. My whole family similarly loved the food. We will be back every single time we come to the area.

A good (but not outstanding) place for ramen. The service is extremely nice and professional. They also make the egg too notch.Unfortunately, the ramen noodles are just average, and the broth, while good, is not something to die for.The vegetarian options are available (and more than one)!

E.A.K. serves up a mean bowl of ramen. Interestingly, its menu is limited to few ramen selections, but its focus on Yokohama-style (pork and chicken) broth is to its advantage -- it tastes excellent!Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant does its best with a Manhattan semi-basement location and, though this is better than its peers, is still a slight blemish on the dining experience.
As good as Takumi!!! To recommend!
