Solid friendly neighborhood spot. The decor is quaint, and the portions are decent. The penne with chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes is very cheesy and rich. The chocolate mud cake is decadent.
The burger is a gem. Perfectly cooked Pat LaFrieda patty, with pickles, tomato,lettuce and onion. It’s old school and perfect. Amazing fries. Edwards is one of the last and best places to eat in Tribeca where you don’t feel like you just threw last week’s paycheck out the window.

We had a lot of time before going to a show at BMCC so we wanted to linger - we had a 5:30 reservation but showed up at 5. The waiter indulged us instead of trying to rush us through to turn over the table.
