My friend took me here for lunch. As we were crossing the street, you could already smell the arroz con pollo wafting in the street. Ummmm.....
Nice comfy, homey, spot with simple tables and chairs. This is a family-friendly restaurant as there was a large family being seated as we were leaving. Service was on point, and our waitress Candi was very attentive. There was so much to choose from the menu, so if there are any vegans/vegetarians, I'm sure they have something for you.
I chose a steak meal with rice and beans, salad, and tostones. The food was fresh, tasty, and seasoned well. I even had room for dessert and chose the flan, which was delicious. So....
If you're looking for a place that feels like home, has attentive service and food that is tasty and reasonable, this is it.

Amazing authentic Dominican food! I was nervous to bring my bf here as he was born and raised in the DR and can be so judgemental of food. We both absolutely loved it.
Everything had so much flavor. It was so good!
A really nice atmosphere and the service was great.

I thought the lady who took the order was very nice but the food wasn’t good. I ordered a chicken soup, empanadas, chicharrón de pollo, an extra white rice and maduros. The rice and the maduros were good but nothing else was good. The chicharrón de pollo was hard, dry which means it’s old. The empanadas (beef) weren’t very good and the chicken soup didn’t have a good taste.

The worst thing I've ever eaten. So far incredible, the beans are from cans, super hard to top it all off, the beef is super bad. Too bad to be called a Dominican record. It's not a good representation for us.
