I don’t even know where to begin, I got the quesadilla flan & churros and wow!
The meat is amazing, flavors are great and their salsa verde is also really really good! I wish I had photos but I ended up eating it too fast

Had four mixed tacos made and served with love and great service. Genuinely nice folks. The tacos tasted great. In fact, the food and vibe of Cooper Union was so great, I was thanking the Universe….;). TY! ✌????
The best carne asada burrito of any food truck I have had. The orange or reddish sauce I have clue what it is but it is spectacular. The dude at the register is always really cool too. They have the pure sugar cane coca cola in the bottle which is a favorite of mine when really cold. I highly recommend this truck. I haven't had anything I dislike from there every

Definitely one of the best chicken quesadilla I ever had. Was just walking around and found this place. The quesadilla was extremely juicy with a bunch of sauces, and had a nice kick to it. Never had pickles in a quesadilla, so liked that touch of it. The chicken was also tender and plenty. It came with two sauces but I did not get to try them. The quesadillas are huge so that’s sufficient for a meal.
There’s a nice public place to sit close to the truck, so there’s some place to sit and eat.

Wow. This food truck was the talk of the evening at an event. Clean and shiny this Foodtruck delivered on the tasty delights coming off the truck. Shrimp tacos with homemade corn tortillas More more more!! The birria quesadilla was hit, gooey not messy… delicious. Chicken tinga marinated in spices authentic to their family recipes And sopes carnita. Homemade, slow stewed meat, beautiful and filling. I’m going to follow where they go cuz I want more.
