Eleven Madison Park was an unforgettable experience—refined, thoughtful, and absolutely stunning. Every dish was beautifully crafted, but the standout for me was the asparagus. It was the perfect expression of the season and completely stole the show. The service was flawless, the atmosphere elegant, and the entire evening felt special from start to finish. A must-visit in New York City.
Beautiful restaurant, very friendly staff, amazing food, but lacks innovation. As someone who's been primarily plant based for the last 15~ years and has dined at many Michelin restaurants, I was pretty let down. The dishes were all good flavor wise, but they weren't anything to write home about nor were they anything special that wouldn't be served at any other high end restaurant.
