Worst customer service I have EVER seen in my life!! I ordered 2 gift baskets at the store. Was told I get 10% off and double checked all the information to make sure they would be delivered to the right locations. Of course they both got sent to just one location. When I called Elis to clarify the mix up. They simply said it’s a busy time of year and nothing more than that, by the way we can’t give you the 10% off. Devon, the owners wife got on the phone and yelled at me, literally. Told me they did there job and why am I still complaining. I explained I will never go back to the store, this is absurd and she got loud on me again. I am disgusted by the lack of manors and customer service from the store. Horrible store.

Wow. Just wow. This place has absolutely every kind of food you can imagine if you have a big event or a big dinner or you can also cater anything in I’ve ordered whole turkeys from here and they’ve come out absolutely beautiful. Great fresh quality food at all times for any occasion. Also, their flower shop connected to the main floor has rare items that are really exciting. Very helpful all around and awesome place to shop. Shop local.

Premium pricing but not food and service. They deliver food with their trash...... See for yourself during the day before lunch when they receive deliveries. The workers loads up trash also.... with no real separation in their little box truck.

I stopped by after a brisk walk in Central Park and had a chicken salad sandwich and cup of vegetable soup.It was very expensive and not worth the money I spent. It was busy and I was happy with the delicious multigrain bread. The chicken salad gave me severe stomach pain for the entire day. Careful when ordering this. The soup was excellent.

Great coffee, breakfadt pastries and baked goods. This tiny Zabar's outpost is almost hidden. That makes for busy and crowded morning visits. Worth the effort.
