Based on reviews, Huso offers one of the best dining experiences in NYC. The atmosphere is serene, bright, and ethereal, with stunning origami wall art. The entire wait staff is gracious, patient, kind, warm, knowledgeable, and professional, making the dinner relaxing and enjoyable. The food courses are extraordinary, innovative, delicious, and beautifully created and plated. Each course is a true work of art, with standouts including scallops, tuna, potatoes, and lobster. Desserts are an astonishing selection, including a chocolate mouse with chocolate “cavia” pearls. The wine pairing is one of the best. Guests are escorted to the basement kitchen for a private tour to view the immaculate surroundings. Chef Buddha Lo is humble, kind, and a true master of his craft. The service includes personal touches for celebrations, and guests are given a menu printed with a special wish. This will not be Huso’s only Michelin Star.
