The service itself was okay, but unfortunately the food and overall experience were disappointing. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like a microwaveable frozen meal, and we later discovered a 20% tip had been automatically added for our party of two without being communicated — we almost ended up tipping 40%. On top of that, there were inconsistencies between what was advertised outside and what was actually offered/priced inside: dishes shown on the greeter’s menu were not available on the in-restaurant menu, and a meal advertised outside for $5 less was charged at the higher price. Overall, the lack of transparency and quality left a bad impression. Would not recommend.

We had to send my mom’s pancakes back because they were 15 mins late after the rest of us were served. I also had to send back my omelette dish because there was no ham (which I requested), the peppers weren’t cooked at all and the cheese was plastic kraft squares. This was the worst meal we had in NYC by a long shot. Seems like maybe the cook is frustrated and so purposefully doing a poor job? That was our theory

Yesterday I went to this place it looks very good I had a job interview with the owner but he could not be there, I still went to this place to see, when I was at the entrance there was a screen with the menu and at the same time there was a scooter parked I just wanted to see the menu, in that same mo6llegobun young man of Asian appearance and in a very annoying way took the scooter and it was He took and looked at me in a very ugly way, pure racism and I know I said it, because he looked at me like that and because he thought that I was going to steal his scooter 🛵 and he didn't say anything. I still entered the place and was received by the manager of Turkish or Russian descent that is what he said and I told him what happened to me outside and he did not say anything.the worst thing was that I ordered 1 Italian espresso to drink there I wanted to have a good Italian espresso and the guy without asking me anything asked for my coffee to take away and told me that he will not pay for it, I wanted to take it there and he

That’s the worst mindset, you selling a burger combo for 10 dollars which is great, BUT the burger bun and the patty was literally awful. Just make it little more expensive and do it better.. only fries was good.

My wife and I came here on our last night in New York (I'm sat enjoying the music there as I write this review).
My Salmon Pasta was brilliant and really filling.
My wife had the Vegetarian Pizza and that was amazing too.
The music is amazing too. The staff sing and play music which is great and several of them have PHENOMENAL skills.
The prices were pretty good too, considering we were completely stuffed after just a main course!
Really authentic borscht, delicious pelmeni and just an outstanding ribeye stake! Perfectly cooked and melting in your mouth!
Esteban was very helpful and knowledgeable, coffee was also great!
Absolutely reasonable prices! I wish we saw this place upon arrival, definitely will be back next time!

The food was decent but not amazing and seemed a bit overpriced for the quality, but it is NYC. Service was fine, but the servers also sing (at least the night we were there) and sometimes I needed something but didn’t want to interrupt. The singing was okay, but not amazing and honestly was sometimes more annoying than enjoyable for me because it was so loud. It is walking distance to/from both Central Park and Times Square so it’s convenient without being super expensive if you’re in that area. Not sure I’d intentionally go back but would eat there again if I needed to eat and was close by.
