Food was really good, fun atmosphere a little cramped but still nice. Our server was just ok, he seemed preoccupied with something else. But overall I recommend

Wife loved it because of the songs, wasn't comfortable with the main person begging for tips between every song and then walking around shaking the bucket in your face until you tip (on top of the mandatory 20% they add to your bill). Food was not special, considering 4 sad looking chicken tenders were $28, a Reuben sandwich cost more than most family of 4 meals, plus our server saw us twice the entire time. They took the order, dropped off food, never saw them again.

A must visit place if you to NYC. Unique experience, great singles, everybody is in a good mood. I would like to hear some of the stories and backgrounds, not just song after song. Super quick service 😀

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, the chicken was raw and pink on the inside and after just two bites felt terribly sick yesterday evening. My friends food came raw as well and the manager was astoundingly incompetent. We sent the food back and my friends got someone else’s touched food after sending her plate away. Do not recommend, the servers were good singers but not artistic at all (for aspiring broadway stars), they looked rather bored. Disappointed

The singing was alright, but I would’ve rather gone without it.

Mandatory 20% gratuity on the bill, but they don’t tell you that until after the receipt has printed and I already added an additional tip without knowing. There shouldn’t be a mandatory 20% tip. That’s BS.

Food was amazing though.

Absolutely a must go to If you can, we had heard little bits about this place but actually stumbled on it by chance to actually have dinner. And oh. My. Gods. It was so good! The singers where amazing! They were so kind and active in keeping everyone happy and entertained, they constantly made everyone feel I clouded in their acts, it was just an amazing once in a lifetime experience

Yes, you have to wait to get in but it is worth it.
Food is expensive but you get a ton of it. David was our waiter and was fantastic!
Our kids loved it here. It was an experience that highlighted the trip.

Just go!
