The team at Inerro helped me build my Factor bike and reviewed the specs I chose. They also tuned up my gravel bike. Definitely will work with them on all my bike needs.
The team here is great! Exceptionally knowledgeable, highly communicative, and very quick on repairs and part replacement. I thought I was going to have to part with my bike for a few days but after 4 hours I had a new drivetrain (and they cleaned up the frame and derailleurs!). Will be returning for all of my road bike maintenance needs.
Just a heads up that they moved so there's no more coffee 😔 only bikes - but the guys working were so kind!

INERRO is a cafe and bike shop with unique coffee and a menu with NZ flat whites, cranberry scone, and lavender and vanilla syrups. The owner barista creator extraordinaire matches the flat whites and makes the syrups inspiring. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and always pleasant. Indoor bike parking and two best bike mechanics makes it a convenient location. It is a must try for travelers.
