To be honest i never review anything before this is my first review ever but it was so good that i have to say something. First of all, the price is very reasonable for what you got i thought there were only 3 strawberries (as you can see from outside) but my gosh there were soo many full whole huge strawberries inside and the cream was magnificent. The staff was really nice and the place might not be the fanciest but it was very cozy and you and literally felt the homemade vibe....
This is a tiny cute spot, and WOW the cakes are yummy. I bought a slice of strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake, and yuzu lemon pound cake. The standout was the yuzu pound cake! I went back the next day to buy another slice. It’s basically the best lemon drizzle cake that I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of citrus with a nice light texture. The strawberry and chocolate cakes were light and had a good balance of fruit to cream. But the yuzu pound cake was my absolute favorite.
202311The cream is a bit sweet and greasy, which is a bit different from the Japanese one. The bread is not particularly delicious either? It’s quite expensive, $17.42 plus tax for two.
