Good food, burger was good and we really liked the new corn dip, however the chips could have been more or maybe pitta bread would have neen nice!

We were seated downstairs and is a totally different experience. It was way too noisy and the service can improve significantly. I have been several times to this location and never had this experience, maybe was just a bad day

The food was amazing! My friend and I shared the burger/fries as well as a pizza. Everything was so good. The service was very good as well. One thing I was a little confused about is when I made the reservation I noted that it would be my birthday. Then when we arrived the hostess said they'd let our server know. I wasn't sure if that meant something special but after that it wasn't mentioned at all. I would definitely go back sometime though, the food was that good!

Everything was good. Very tasty food, large helpings and delicious beers. Would come again.

Burger was amazing, Emily's pizza really good, great service, reasonable price compared to other places in NYC.

Worth every ounce of hype it has received. burger was fantastic and the pizza was soooo good. Detroit-style and some of the best we had on the trip. Waiter was attentive and helpful. Couldn't recommend it more.

One of my absolute favorite places to take people in New York City. Food was phenomenal. Service was strong. Tables are slightly too small, but nobody's perfect.

The food was really phenomenal. However our waitress started out amazing but this disappeared never to be seen again to offer another drink or check in or deliver our check which was strange and not super satisfying. The burger was worth the trip - no one lied about that!

2nd time there, and 2nd time waiters are just rude. This 2nd time (reservation was at 7pm): - Get in the restaurant and we get a warning: you have the table for 90', after that get up and leave - They come to get drinks, we ask for an appetizer and they say no, no appetizers, we have to order all at once - Then they kept coming to see if we were done - At 8.15pm, 15' before the curfew... the waiter says we can stay more, that the reservation cancelled. - 8.30pm, another waiter comes and says they have a walk-in, that we need to leave the table. Yes, the burger is good, but just go to Au Cheval for better quality and same price with nice waiters

THE BEST BURGER I've had in my entire life!! Came on a recommendation from a podcast and all 4 of us loved it!

For such a highly reviewed burger, we were severely disappointed. The sauce is sweet as sugar, and it overwhelms everything. This is the kind of place that says, let's put honey on everything. The pizza was entirely sweet, every item on the pizza was candied, and there was about 1-2 cups of Greece stagnant on top of the pizza. Soggy spongy crust reminiscent of a 2-3 time microwaved 3 day old pizza. We also had the wings which were decent, but nothing to write home about. Waffle fries tasted like average concession waffle fries. Entire food experience was underwhelming and not what we had hoped for. Last month we had the burger at au chavel and it knocked our socks off. Sad that this came at a higher review than the au chavel burger, and if I had closed my eyes, and you told me I was getting this burger at a b tier baseball game, I wouldn't have been surprised. We didn't finish our food and left slightly sick from the overly sweetness off everything. The burger was more like a donut.

Greta burger. 4 stars because it's in New York and has New York prices and space. Not their fault it's real good and would go back.

Great food and cocktails, but awkward service. They might give you the check even if you didn't ask for it, while you're just starting your cocktails, without even making eye contact. They should receive better training

I recently visited New York's SOHO district and received a tip that I should try Emily's Restaurant as they were famous for both their burgers and their pizzas. I actually went to dinner twice there, the first nice I have their burger and the second their chicken pesto pasta. The burger was one of the best I've ever had and the chicken pasta dish was wonderful as well. The service was both attentive and very fast. This is a really good choice if you're ever in this area of New York City.
