I had a truly disappointing experience at this Yaroa restaurant. Not only did I have to wait an excruciating hour for my order, but when I finally got my food, it was a huge letdown. The Yaroas were incredibly dry and completely lacked flavor. The meat was tough, and the sauce—if you could even call it that—was practically nonexistent. It felt like they just slapped together some bland ingredients and called it a day. For the amount of time I had to wait, I expected something much better. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it was a waste of both my time and money.

Clean, yaroa are always good. Service is fast. I usually call and place my order 5-10 minutes before coming and it is hot and ready upon arrival

Really good service, and pay attention to details. I try the ground beef cachapa and I don’t regret it.

In this location of Empanadas Monumental they live by hiring women who do not know what customer service is, or rather they do not have customer services, they only live by falling in love with the tigueres on the block. I went into the store to buy a cheese empanada in the display case, there was no more cheese empanada and I asked the woman who works there if they could fry me 2 cheese empanadas, I'll wait for them, you know what she did, she ignored me and went away. sit down and talk on her cell phone because I was surprised because she never gave me an answer because I asked the cook if he could fry me some cheese empanadas and the very kind man went and gave me the empanadas. I lived in Santiago where the monumental empanadas were born there they never sold me a dry and cold empanada here in NYC it's the opposite here they fry like 30 empanadas they let them dry they get harder than a concon from 12 and to top it off they are more expensive every day $3.25 if an empanada is going to cost that even if it is worth the food and customer service.

I always get the pepperoni and cheese empanads, those to me are the best. I'll try some new next time

THE WORST PLACE AND THE WORST SERVICE, THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER BADLY AND FORCE YOU TO EAT THEIR COLD EMPANADAS WHICH THEY DIDN'T SELL. I PAID, IN ADVANCE AND THE SAME, THEY GAVE ME RAW THOSE WHO I ORDERED TO BE MADE FRESH. They should close that site.

the best I've had in years
The chicken empanada was tasty. The guava and cheese was not as sweet as I craved from that flavor. Staff was nice and spoke perfect English.
I like the tear drop shaped seasoned chicken. Pretty good
