Good riddance. They way overcharged for food. I call that karma.

It's very sad that this establishment has given in to the governor's request the governor never said to shut down completely he said 50% capacity or at least take out only

Was my go-to for pre-made sandwiches and sushi at lunchtime, but seems to be permanently closed today. Nothing there. Auction signs in window. Will miss it!

It is 24 hours food place. They have variety of products, fruits, dinner, breakfast. Many people is coming in. But it is a nice place to share with family or friends. It is almost next to Burlington store and another famous store, so you could walk all the neighborhood. They have second floor forSitting. The restrooms also are in up stairs. You could walk around the neighborhood because is so beautiful and has museums, parks and historic buildings. You should walk toward 34th st. It is a pretty view.

The food is really good, fruits are fresh, HUGE PLACE and fast service. They have many different verities of hot foods, salads, rise, mash potatoes, Mac n cheese and the list goes on and on.. and expensive !! I work right around there, so one day for lunch I got the salmon and I chose a salad, I believe it was a bok choy salad? Maybe? Any who, it taste great! The salmon was juicy and tasty BUT, full of bones !! Omg how pissed off was I ?? I got 3 large bones and of course I almost swallowed one. I love the place, but im gonna have to give it 2 stars.

I came into essen at around 11:45pm and asked if I could use the bathroom and I would happily purchase whatever they wanted me to buy. The manager said the bathroom is closed and when I asked why his response was , if you go to CVS you can't use the bathroom. what does that have to do with your establishment. Worst Customer service ever and will never give them another dime. I would give you 0 stars if I could because you clearly have 0 clue what hospitality means.

Great choice at the buffet. I love the salmon and their smoothie bar!I always go upstairs to eat before I go into Michael's or NY Cake. If I was around the area more often, this would be my permanent lunch spot.

The man cooking fresh eggs cracked 4 eggs with his glove and then grabbed my bagel placed it in the palm of the glove and put cream cheese on. The cross contamination and improper food handling was enough to turn me off. I will never return.

I ordered from the noodle counter. I asked for a spicy sauce and because the guy was not listening and talking to a friend I ended up with tasteless mush when I got back to my office. The food and service just get worse and more expensive.

The staff behind the service station 4 people talked casually to each other barely showing any interest in helping me. They were working on breakfast station n on clients but barely. It wasn't even busy otherwise I'd of understood. This place sucks I will never come to this chain. It's not the first time I've had bad service from them. But this time I had to review them n their bad service. Boycotting this chain.....

I love coming here either for breakfast or lunch. Great variety of food, always tastes fresh with great flavors, and people behind the counter except the cashiers always provide good service.

$17 for a salad and a small soup is expensive even by NYC standards.
