The manager in this place is very nasty. He doesn't know how to speak to someone. I will never order from this place again. The corporation needs to send him to teach him some lessons how to talk to someone specially his customers. We were good customers from Europa to Roast kitchen. The staff from Roast kitchen they are much nicer and classier.

The manager is very proud of the food quality and service AND SHOULD BE! Of places like Europa in NYC, this is the best. We found this "secret gem" in 2019, and have been coming in for breakfast, lunch and dinner ever since!! The coffee is terrific as well.

I can't believe a diner that charges you for water -- well these guys did -- it's obviously not the dollar but really? How tacky can you get!!! -- they don't need to be frequented -- plenty of civil eating places in NYC and in the Madison Avenue/ 53th Street area.
