I want to share a troubling experience I had at Failte on December 21, 2025. While I was there there, I faced discrimination and harassment from a staff member. When I expressed that I was feeling dizzy due to a medical condition and asked for a glass of water, he denied my request.
Despite my situation, I was bullied and dismissed. Thankfully, a friend of mine managed to get me water from another bartender. However, to my shock, the same individual who refused to help me then threw my water away.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Everyone deserves compassion and respect, especially when it comes to their health. I'm sharing this to raise awareness about how important it is for establishments to train their staff to treat all patrons with kindness and understanding.

Late night karaoke and pool 🎱- awesome. Owner (Richard?) - is an absolute boss. And so are the bar tenders. This is one of those spots that a regular guy and a multi-millionaire could sit next to each other, have a $6 beer, and just chop it up. You gotta love that, man. Keep up the good work Failte team. And it’s pronounced “Fall-Che” (don’t worry - I messed that up too) - it means “A Thousand Welcomes” in Gaelic. And that’s true at this spot. Enjoy.
