Great place for a quick bite. The food always tastes fresh and is great. Definitely worth it. The customer service is some of the best I've experienced. As someone who manages retail and has managed in the restaurant industry, I am blown away by the service here. They are attentive, very friendly, and project such a positive vibe.
I had great margarita pizza before and came back to try a canzone. It was not good, unfortunately. Nice guys work there.

Poor service. The pizza was a flop jalop and very greasy and soggy. I won't be buying anything from this place NEVER AGAIN. Lastly, they don't use fresh Ingredients like Krispy Pizza from Brooklyn. The server had the nastiest attitude when I addressed my concerns regarding the condition of the pizza and their poor service. These people are a disgrace to real Italians.👎

The food is ok but the service was disappointing. When we placed our order, the cashier asked if we were dining in or taking out, and we clearly said “for here.” While we received our pizza correctly, the burger was mistakenly prepared as a takeout order. What’s frustrating is that we were sitting there eating our pizza the entire time, and the cashier was present, yet the mistake was never addressed—even though the store wasn’t busy. To make matters worse, the burger sat there the entire time and was only handed to us when we asked about it again. There was no proper apology for the error. Better staff training is needed to improve the service.

Everything was pretty normal. I went during the rain, so it was pretty empty. I got the cheese pizza, which tasted amazing. I know my photos may look like a repeat, but I just have to show them clearly, y'know?

Famous Familia Pizzeria is a quintessential NYC pizza place. It is exactly the place to go for a quick bite and one of the lovely establishments you can have a slice and a drink from for a few dollars and it's exactly what you expect from NYC pizza and has never disappointed. In addition I always enjoy the staff and feel welcome and received when dining.

I must say the moment I walked in, I knew I would come back before I even tasted my slice. All three men were so nice and polite. It was so heartfelt to watch them be so kind to every one that walked in and especially helped one an elderly lady walk into the store and get adjusted. My pepperoni and extra cheese slice was great as well!
