Horrible, run away

Good food, small portions. The lobster roll in the pictures looked amazing and now view the picture I posted. I was served some lobster meat in a hot dog roll. Very disappointed. Complete bait and switch operation, unfortunately it’s only take out so going back to complain is not an option for me.

Great restaurant with amazing food and great customer service. At the moment they are doing only delivery so you can still enjoy the food from here. I hope you guy do fine in this time.

Enjoyable atmosphere! We went for brunch and had a great time. Bottomless screwdrivers for the win! We shared our dishes so we could try out most of the menu and it was delicious. We had the eggs benedict, brioche french roast and avocado toast. Will be back for sure.

We were looking for a new place for dinner and really enjoyed this restaurant. We had the octopus to start with which was super tasty. I had the lobster roll and wow just delicious. My husband had the fried chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. The décor is very appealing yet relaxing.

Meh. After seeing the menu online, I was really excited to check out Farmer & The Fish, but I was not overly impressed. I came here with a group on a Saturday night and although we had a reservation, there were plenty of open tables. Apps: Tuna pockets- really tasty. Bit of a kick and very fresh tasting. Would order again. Fig goat cheese salad- seemed to be missing something. Tasted like raw beets over a bland goat cheese paste and a seemingly breakfast-type granola. Would not order again. Grilled avocado salad-I had never had grilled avocado before and this was a fun dish we all liked. Really nice crunchy salad flavors balanced out with the avocado and would order again. Entrees: Thai fish tacos- pretty boring. I'm a fish taco lover and was most excited for this dish, but they fell short. The monk fish was cooked well, but the tacos didn't really come together and needed some more taco stuffers. Would not order again. Blackened tuna- really yummy! The tuna was cooked perfectly and the accompanying cauliflower purée was incredible. We were all going in for extra forks of this one, would order again. Branzino- the bass was fine. The fish tasted fresh enough, but the dish was missing some flavor elements and was pretty bland. Likely wouldn't order again. For $30+ entrees, we were all disappointed. Service was fine, but the food really fell short. Cool area with a nicely decorated interior, but I'd recommend checking out one of the other nearby options instead.

First time there last night and what a treat! I was on the search for a good burger to fill up on and this was just the place. It was a burger on an English muffin which was very very good. The side of fries were great as well. Everything fell into place as the waitress recommended their passion fruit mojito which was delicious!

I've been going to the Farmer & The Fish in Purdys for years and had no idea there was a location in the city. Stumbled on it today by chance and it was incredible. French toast and egg's benedict were both phenominal.

Expensive. I don't mind paying for an experience but unfortunately their food and service wasn't anything special. Expect to spend +$80 for a meal of two and still be hungry. Bathrooms are clean. The restaurant smells good.

I really enjoyed my halibut but the fish tacos my husband ordered came out with the tacos separately. It was like a fajita, not a taco. Who wants to make their own tacos when you're in a nice restaurant???? Not a great concept. I wanted folks to know

We went here last night for a early Valentine’s Day celebration on a whim just walking by, and it did not disappoint! Cute atmosphere, staff was amazing and our server Jess was a rockstar.

Food was fantastic! Atmosphere cool as well ... Lots of large candles with a bit of a gothic feel - haha. Seafood was extremely fresh. Definitely will be back.

The food was very delicious, and the decor is cool. They grow their items herbs right in the middle of the restaurant. The food came out quickly, but our server could have been a little more attentive.
