After having dinner at Fasano yesterday, I found myself wondering why it didn’t feel like a “wow” experience. I think it’s because the very upscale, almost uptight atmosphere didn’t quite match the quality of the food which was good, but not exceptional. The heavy curtains didn’t help the ambiance, and at one point I noticed the music was off, which made things feel even more dreary

It was a fabulous dinner at Fasano. We were blow away by the quality and level of service. Specially when our server Genera and Sommelier Kapoor(kaps) were beyond wonderful! Kaps was super thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about food and wine pairing. He is most to catch up if you are at Fasano. Can’t wait to be back.

We had a great dining experience with excellent service and a gorgeous, elegant ambiance. It was the perfect spot to visit after a show at Radio City, just a short walk away. Food-wise, the highlights were the spaghetti and veal chop Milanese, both of which were outstanding (5/5). The rigatoni, linguine alle vongole, and ossobuco were all solid choices (4/5). The arugula and artichoke salad was just okay (3/5), and the striped bass was disappointing--it had a fishy taste (2/5). The tiramisu was a perfect way to end the meal (5/5). Overall, a great experience with a beautiful setting and strong service.

Came in for my birthday dinner with a large group. I was very impressed with the overall experience- services were attentive, food was yummy and filling and the ambiance was classy. We also headed upstairs for the jazz show which was a great way to end the night- highly recommend.

We knew we were going to go out for a special dinner while we were visiting the city the night before, while looking for a quiet night cap, we happened on Fasano. What a gift! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the bartenders level of service was excellent. As it was late, we were politely brought to the dining room bar where we finished our drinks. We were able to get a sense of the whole experience and decide to come back the next night for dinner. Multiple staff members recognized us and welcomed us. Everything brought to us was outstanding. Each plate was stunning and delicious. Our sommelier asked thoughtful questions and delivered two exceptional bottles of wine, and paired our deserts. We ate well, drank wines like never before and laughed with the staff throughout the night. We will talk about this experience for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Food and service was good! Staff was super friendly and attentive, seamless transition to upstairs where the jazz was AMAZING!! music was outstanding, altered my life when I left. However a little sneaky with the included tip be careful. Other than that, will be back here again.
