The music system wasn't working so the entire venue felt like being at a library. Food was good, although over priced.
We knew we were going to go out for a special dinner while we were visiting the city the night before, while looking for a quiet night cap, we happened on Fasano. What a gift! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the bartenders level of service was excellent. As it was late, we were politely brought to the dining room bar where we finished our drinks. We were able to get a sense of the whole experience and decide to come back the next night for dinner. Multiple staff members recognized us and welcomed us. Everything brought to us was outstanding. Each plate was stunning and delicious. Our sommelier asked thoughtful questions and delivered two exceptional bottles of wine, and paired our deserts. We ate well, drank wines like never before and laughed with the staff throughout the night. We will talk about this experience for the rest of our lives. Thank you!
Food and service was good! Staff was super friendly and attentive, seamless transition to upstairs where the jazz was AMAZING!! music was outstanding, altered my life when I left. However a little sneaky with the included tip be careful. Other than that, will be back here again.
Love this new place !! Delicious and super friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Finally an elegant place without breaking the bank!! Ok worthy of breaking the bank!!!
It would've been five stars if there wasn't a bit of plastic wrap in my food. I ordered Filetto, which was cooked to perfection, but the foie gras came wrapped in plastic. Despite the fluke, everything else was terrific.

Received a call where they without notice changed my reservation from the normal menu to a prix fixe 4 course dinner at a ridiculous amount of money. I intentionally didn’t want to go during Valentine’s Day for this very reason, then they screwed me with short notice and little alternatives. Can’t rely on them to do what’s right, be very careful. They will switch out and then you are out of options. Terrible management to do this to us.

SO SO ITALIAN NOT AT NYC ITALIAN LEVELS.
THE FOOD WAS SO MEDIOCRE but the pork dish was ungodly. It was suckling pig chopped up like a meat loaf drenched with a sauce with cold potatoes and improperly cooked Swiss chard.
The pasta with clam. I won’t discuss.
Service was mediocre but- THE HOSTESS IS SUPERB and the woman in the coat check area was sterling even though she was working in very cold conditions. I asked did they provide a heater, they did. I put my hand on the counter for her tip and the metal was freezing. SAD!
By the way 2 scallops for 50 dollars is OBSCENE, they were ok at best.

I am not sure what to say. Some of the key ingredients are here for you to have a good dinner. However some, and probably too many, are in the way and leave you with a bitter taste; which is unfortunate for a restaurant.
Pro’s: food is definitely better than average. However food is not enough in this instance; this should also be about the experience …
Con’s: 1/ far far too noisy; one cannot have a decent conversation in this environment 2/ do not seat us at the small table next to the bar and to where waiters get cutlery and glasses. Noisy and busy again. Any exclusive restaurant would remove any table in this area. 3/ speedy service. 3 course menu + dessert in 1h20. 600 USD for 2.
We are always happy to pay for the experience; we unfortunately did not have a pleasant one tonight.

Went for an investor lunch. Service was really good and accommodating.
Vegetarian options: There are a few options on the menu, but they can accommodate with certain dishes.
Dietary restrictions: Let the server know, as they can accommodate for dairy and gluten.
Parking: Hard to find a spot as it's in midtown just off Park Avenue.
Kid-friendliness: Can work for kids if early enough, but no kids' menu that I saw.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has elevators and bathrooms seemed accessible.

I booked a pre-theatre dinner and requested that we needed to finish no later than 6:30 PM. The staff expertly accommodated us with great service, beverages and exceptional food all within our timeframe.
Food is unbelievable! Had a Fillet Mignon as entree and it was divine, as you can see through the pics. For desert I had the Tiramisu and it was simply the best one I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is incredible as well. All very clean and impeccable. The only downside was service. Waiters rushing us out and not attentive to the orders. But I really would come back to it and strongly recommend for a special occasion.
Also, get ready for a expensive endeavor.
Parking: No parking at all. Better if you go with Uber or subway.
