Had breakfast vouchers and a dinner voucher through staying at the adjoining hotel (ate here a combined 3 times) Despite having these vouchers, we were always met with the question of having a reservation. Because we had the vouchers, we assumed no reservations were needed. Though questioned, we were always promptly able to be seated.
Food and service were always great and we never felt rushed. The space downstairs is a bit small, very European feeling.

Food was good: fettuccine alla Bolognese rich and hearty, linguine frutti di mare fresh with nice seafood, and bruschetta flavorful to start. Portions decent, though some dishes felt a bit standard for the price. Service was friendly and professional (attentive without hovering). Atmosphere is elegant and romantic—warm lighting, intimate tables, stylish decor—great for date night or a relaxed dinner, though it can feel a touch formal/noisy when busy.

We had dinner and breakfast here since we were staying at the hotel. Almost everything was great. The steak was a little underwhelming. Make sure to get a reservation even for breakfast. Otherwise the wait could be 30 minutes or so.
