Fiat Café feels less like a restaurant and more like a second living room you didn’t know you needed. There’s something effortlessly comforting about the space — the easy chatter, the cozy setting, and a team that greets you like an old friend instead of just another table.
I always gravitate toward the same breakfast: French toast, soft scrambled eggs, and bacon. It’s simple, but it’s done with such care. The eggs are silky and delicate, the bacon perfectly crisp, and the French toast hits that nostalgic, not-too-sweet sweet spot. It’s the kind of plate that resets your whole day. What makes it special, though, is that the magic doesn’t stop at breakfast. Lunch and dinner carry that same soulful, satisfying quality. It’s reliable, heartfelt, and consistently excellent — a true hidden gem.

Started with coffee and ended with desserts with all that pasta etc in between. Loved the food, the staff was charming and friendly and suggested when asked. It is great to see Fiat car ambience when hardly anybody drives a fiat in USA. I love brand Fiat since I was a kid and have many memories of it. I would come back again here.

Fiat Cafe was a real winner — full 5 stars! The food was delicious: perfectly fluffy pancakes, rich avocado toast, flavorful eggs Benedict, and strong coffee that hit the spot. Everything felt fresh and well-made.
Service was friendly and quick — staff were welcoming and attentive. Atmosphere is charming and relaxed: bright, modern café vibe with comfy seating and a nice neighborhood feel.
Perfect for a casual brunch or coffee break. Highly recommend!

This place is cash only, which is odd for entering into 2026 for something that wants to be a restaurant.
To be honest, the portions were pretty small for the price. We didn’t feel it was a great value.
We literally walked to Chinatown to get something else after we left.
And while the restaurant is small and cozy, it’s also more of a diner vibe with paper napkins.
In terms of service we had to pour our own water and it was cash only. We are not planning to go back.
It didn’t feel like a restaurant. Also, we don’t know it was cash.
And we’re told, “cash only. it’s on the menu. ATM is downstairs (or wherever).”
It’s almost 2026 and credit cards should really be accepted.
And to start the suggested tip at 18% is a bit much given the lack of service.

We had a lovely Christmas morning brunch at the Fiat Cafe!!! We are so glad we found this hidden gem - food was phenomenal (the omelettes are superb) and service was friendly and attentive.
This place is incredible! Wonderful cozy atmosphere with a kind and attentive staff. The poached eggs I ordered were cooked to perfection and the latte was a true treat. 10/10 will be back again!

We never actually got to eat there. When we arrived, the gal seating people acted surprised that we had a reservation. I showed it to her on my phone. Rather than seat us, she counted seating walk ins. We waited (outside in the cold) for 30 minutes, with her continuing to say it would just be a few more minutes. I understand that sometimes things happen and wires get crossed, but we should have been seated before the folks who did not have a reservation. What's the point of being on open table if you're not going to honor reservations?
Good atmosphere, better hosts, and the best food.

Best egg benedits! Cash only! Thank you!
Always a favorite. Been coming here for a decade. Everything is delicious, consistent, and affordable! Such cozy vibes.
Stopped by Fiat Cafe in Nolita and everything felt so cozy and comforting. The pizza fritta was light and delicious, the calamari was crispy, the pappardelle hit like always, and the NY steak was cooked just right.
The staff was also so sweet, which made the whole place feel even cozier. Definitely one of those spots you can relax in and enjoy good food.

The Carbonara was fake and made with heavy cream and bacon. Honestly not too bad either. Not gonna fly with my girlfriend who lived in Italy for a while. The chicken parm sandwich I had was a hit! The bread was so good and the sandwich got partially stolen by, can you guess, my girlfriend 😂 Overall i liked a lot our server was great. I would say to grab a bite there.
Paid fifteen dollars for an oatmeal at Fiat in Nolita after they told me it would take five minutes. I waited fifteen minutes, they forgot my order, and when I finally got it the oatmeal looked sloppy and even had onion in it, like they used the same knife for everything. They also did not include anything to sweeten it. For a place charging premium prices, this was really disappointing.
