Visited last night on holiday from the UK. Sipped some wonderful cocktails, sitting outside watching Greenwich village bustle. The toilets were probably the best I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. But the service we go from Yana was exceptional; friendly, professional and a great asset for this business. Will be back!

Absolutely loved it!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, Karina making us feel right at home. The service was fast, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best thing about this place is the location. Ambiance would be nice except that they refuse to maintain a cool temperature indoors. The staff just shrugged at our requests to turn up the AC despite the fact other patrons were as over-heated as we were—and were constantly fanning themselves. One table actually opted to move into the 86 degree sun to avoid being inside.

Very expensive restaurant for a subpar, sauna experience. Food was fine, cocktails were better, both were a tad overpriced—even relative to other restaurants in the village.

Customer service needs help.

I was pleasantly surprised by the waiters' kindness. I ordered pasta, but I got the taste wrong and barely ate it, and they offered me another dish and didn't include the pasta in the bill (although I didn't complain about the pasta), it was very nice. The tartar was wonderful.

Had a lovely experience at Figaro NYC! I ordered the Tuna Melt and Steak Frites—both were absolutely delicious. The tuna melt was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the steak was cooked just right, served with crispy fries that hit the spot.

My server, Yana, was amazing—super attentive, kind, and made me feel very welcome. Great service makes all the difference, and Yana definitely delivered!

Definitely coming back—great food, great vibe, and great people.

Incredibly slow and bad service. We’ve been waiting for our avocado toasts for an hour. Great location but would never come back. The hostess and the waitress seem like they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t even care. The waiter seems like he is the only one who knows what he is doing.

We waited 1 hr after ordering and then they said they lost our order. Are you serious!?!? They didn’t check up on us once. We had to flag them down several times. They offered no actual resolution and simply said we could leave if we wanted. Terrible experience.
