We absolutely looove Mermaid oyster bar... the oysters and clams are the best, fresh and tasty. The staff is excellent, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason, Sigal, Kevin all super staff. Everything we've had there is delicious. We go as often as possible.
I came here to eat while I was on vacation, and then moved about two blocks away. Mermaid has a place not only in my heart, but officially in my weekly food budget ??? diehard fanDon’t miss the clams, the shrimp sliders, or the shishito peppers. It’s all pretty spectacular.

I’m obsessed with this place. I’ve been here like four times this month. I have wet dreams about the hot n dirty martini. I learned to like oysters here. One time I mumbled my order and the waiter brought out the wrong dish, and then proficiently apologized and brought the other dish immediately and gave us complimentary sides and mousse at the end! And now we laugh about it because we are old friends! I am moving in as soon as they’ll let me.
