After being on a waiting list for “half an hour”, which they tell everyone, they make you wait longer. After the waiting time they wanted me to wait 20 more minutes, in a half-hearted and rude manner.

After making a reservation, they give us a time of 30 minutes, after 40 minutes they tell us that we have to wait 20 more minutes, having 4 free tables next to us.
I don't give fewer stars because it's not possible.
Disastrous treatment and little education

Don’t be fooled, Italians would not eat this horrible food

Closed it seems. The staff woman was super unpolite pushing hard us to go instead to the nearby Pizza & Pasta restaurant, without properly explain why could we have dinner in Firenze!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, and the ginger ale was great too. 5/5, would come back again.

We visited [Restaurant Name] on a friend’s recommendation and were impressed by the concept of combining a restaurant and market, with three options on the same floor. Everything looked fresh and high-quality.

On both visits, we were served by Javier, who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, thanks to the company’s training.

During our first visit, we tried the seafood pasta, which was delicious but had minimal seafood for the price. The tagliatelle alla bolognese was just “OK”—good pasta but not enough sauce and a bit oily.

On our second visit, we ordered pizzas, which were tasty, but at $27 each plus tax, the prices felt a bit steep. Overall, a great dining experience with room for improvement on portion sizes and pricing.

Amazing thin pizza that melts in your mouth!

My lasagna was a bit burned so didn’t enjoy it as much, but my friend’s lasagna was perfect so I’m glad they enjoyed it.

Panna Cotta desert was delicious and not overly sweet.

After being unsure if this restaurant is open, I called Eataly. The information desk did not know if they were still open. Read that again. They forwarded me to the restaurant, who never answered. I called back, and this time the info desk person walked over to see if the restaurant was still there. It was - they said that I’d “probably” be able to walk in and get a table. (No reservations accepted)So I showed up with my friend for her birthday- only to find it was actually closed. At 7pm on Tuesday.I’m no expert on restaurant management, but I feel that perhaps the most fundamental skill in that is being clear on whether or not your restaurant is open. I am amazed that it’s possible to be so unsure about whether you are. Wild.

Very nice Italian food restaurant, very good service and excellent views. For my taste very noisy.

Excellent service and beautiful view. Unfortunately, the food falls flat. It has potential, just poorly executed. The prosciutto & burrata pizza had nice flavors, but the pizza was soggy. Meatballs were under seasoned and the sauce was a bland.

I ate here prior to the pandemic in New York City. While I was waiting for my table I had a thought. “If I didn’t eat here I would probably just want to sit here and enjoy the ambience.” Oh boy,I was able to eat there and the food is delicious it’s as simple as that. Depending on what you are eating the food is not expensive at all. And it’s clean in every meaning of the word clean. It was closed for a while and recently reopened. If you cannot get into this restaurant, try to get into la pizza la pasta which is right across the hall

Vegetarian options: The best persons to ask this question to is these two waiters: Erick and JaWaing( hard to spell his name) they would because to me they are the most perfect waiters in the restaurant. This restaurant was once Firenze and now it is Pizza la Pasta.
Go there eat well ask for these two waiters and have the hospitality of your life. Don’t worry about the charge.

Italian restaurant has bread on the menu in different forms and it was out of bread by 6 PM. The whole restaurant is in upscale Italian market but they didn't have bread, kind of disappointing. and then very limited options were left for vegetarian appetizer to choose from. What we order was excellent and expensive. I have given three stars for their lack of judgement. 6PM is not that late to run out on something from the menu . At least 6 of the items were bread based. Would I go there again ? No. I don't like the restaurant who is not prepared to handle the guest load. we had reservations. This restaurant has always lots of customers and should be well prepared.

Fantastic Italian in a shopping center where you don't expect to find the value for money that this restaurant offers. Delicious food and impeccable service.

The pizza and wine was good but the rest of the food really wasn’t great, service and atmosphere was great.
