It can get busy! Great place to get some work done. They have this beautiful room in the back that is a laptop free zone. And they have a working zone in the front. The soup definitely tasted like it came from the supermarket and was microwaved but besides that the service was great and coffee was good!
The drinks I've been getting have not been great. I was handed the wrong drink once, another time they didn't bother mixing the syrup, and another time I tried the iced matcha and it was terrible. I really really wanted this place to be great.
The barista I usually see during the day is pleasant and helpful, especially when it's so busy. I never felt rushed.

I remember when they first opened, the few times I stopped by there was not a lot of people. Today, I stopped by for a dirty chai and there was a waiting line and place was packed inside! The chai was exactly what I expected.
