I love Five Guys and have been going for years but something about this location is off. My sister and I ate here 6 months apart and both got the most awful food poisoning. Not trying to be a hater, but someone check what’s going on back there

I went to this restaurant and wanted to pay with $100. The employees told me they had to take my money into a separate room to check my money because the manager was on break and they are required to check the money I had no problem to let them check my money but the manager Reggie said that she could not come and check the money as she was on her break so I should send my money into the other room to be checked. This is completely unprofessional service just bad business all around. Who in New York City is gonna have their money go into a separate room to go and get checked as I’m standing at the register.

Stop letting homeless people sit on the chairs outside the restaurant. You are ruining the neighborhood. This is pathetic and unacceptable.

Adopt, Don’t Shop!
Their BIG bulbous sign is beyond bad! Blight to the East Village. This joint don’t fit in the area at all. No wonder it’s always empty. What were they thinking? Fire the sign maker and move it to Times Square!
