Food is usually good, but it depends on who's working. Some staff are great and care more than others. I like that it's mostly consistent and I can get all the items without worrying about gluten.

The worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Would give it negative stars if I could. This location is understaffed and the team can’t keep up with orders. I ordered a little cheeseburger all the way and, no joke, got two patties with ketchup. The line was too long and the team too overwhelmed to bother getting it fixed. What a rip off.
