Best sushi, best ramen and best service in NY.
06/2026: A year later and we found ourselves back in the city with the same friends. We loved Suram so much last time that we came again and were not disappointed. They again accommodated our kids’ request for plain broth and udon, and the rolls and dessert we ordered were delicious. Hoping we can continue the tradition next year!

Beef udon was clean and light

The atmosphere is like if ai designed a Japanese restaurant and the playlist is Justin Bieber?
Heads up the still water is Saratoga by default and not free- make sure to ask for tap.
