I order the same coffee drink from every Pret I goto. This is the only Pret that makes my coffee wrong every time. Im not entirely sure why. I still drink it, i just dont enjoy it as much. Oh well.
Nice store and super friendly service.They are fast and very helpful.The only weird thing was that the store was open today - January 2nd - you could step in, but it was totally empty and no service behind the counter…I waited 5 minutes and called as I thought there might be someone in the back…but no one responded…

By far the nicest and best run Pret in the area. Staff are very helpful, very customer focused and they keep their store spotlessly clean. When I pre-order my coffee on the app, they greet me by my first name. Small things that go a long way.
