Convenient location by 34th penn station and herald square. I ordered at the counter and waited about 8 min for my food and drinks. They were super busy (this was around sat afternoon). I didn't see a bathroom; there were only a door that said employees only. There are about 4-5 high tops (limited seating), if you are looking to come sit here and study this is not the starbucks to do it. Visited multiple times as this was en route between my hotel (Eventi Kimpton) and where family staying at nearby Hyatt ... staff were friendly every time and even remembered me when visited twice in quick succession so offered re-fil price on a cup of tea which was unexpected, but welcome (so extra tip in order!). Pretty standard Starbucks, but staff for me made the difference

Very nasty staff on the cold bar because I asked for no extra caramel in my Frappuccino. Specifically, the barrista Carlo, who was quite condescending. Also messed up a few drinksThe other barrista was on point though
