The store is ok but they don’t have any bathroom or whatever for hands cleaning, so keeping in mind that when you open the door, your hands gets dirty, you don’t have the chance to eat something in there with your hands clean.

Avoid this location. Didn't get money's worth. Capuccino was only half-filled (actually less than half), pretty bad to charge for a full cup and only fill it less than half and put foam for more than half the volume. Avoid this location, there are other locations in the area which may give you the deserved value for the expensive lattes that we pay for.

Starbucks has decided to prioritize serving the homeless over paying customers. When you let mentally ill people take over the dining area, throwing away all of the utensils, taking all of the napkins, making breakfast with hot water provided by employees, you have taken political correctness too far. How will you support the homeless when your paying customers don't come back?
I ordered hot coffee, they serve not even warm one. When I ask do you have fresh one they said this is fresh. How come hot coffee is like room temperature liquid. Staff has very bad attitude. Never going

Convenient location by 34th penn station and herald square. I ordered at the counter and waited about 8 min for my food and drinks. They were super busy (this was around sat afternoon). I didn't see a bathroom; there were only a door that said employees only. There are about 4-5 high tops (limited seating), if you are looking to come sit here and study this is not the starbucks to do it. It is super busy, loud, and space is small compared to other larger starbucks. This is more a grab and go starbucks. I like that there was screen with everyones name and it said "ready" next to your name once your order was out. It does get confusing if you have the same name as someone else since it doesn't specify last name.
