They serve large portions. The burger was not good tempered. The fries were all wet and not good !
We had a very unpleasant moment with some guy from the stress who just came in ..

Was advised to try here as apparently better than the UK five guys.
Sadly strongly disagree, I understand it's in one of the busy places in the world but to sit and watch my partner standing patiently waiting for our order by the collection waiting for our food for 20-30 minutes while watching the young staff (all looked to be immature and under 30) arguing with one another not sure if it was just an off day but as a tourist it was just off putting.
Food was ok, nothing special. Definitely prefer our UK branch at Newcastle metro centre always delicious and fast with great customer service.

Five Guys is a fast-food chain known for its tasty burgers and generous fries. Unlike traditional brands, here, the quality of the ingredients is highlighted: the beef is fresh and never frozen, the toppings are varied and customizable, and the fries are cut by hand and cooked in peanut oil.
The taste is there, with juicy burgers and soft bread. Being able to freely choose your toppings allows you to have a sandwich perfectly suited to your tastes. The fries, served in very generous portions, are crispy and tasty. Little extra: self-service peanuts which add an original touch to the experience.
However, the price is higher than other fast food chains, which may deter some customers. Additionally, restaurants are often noisy and the presentation of the dishes is quite basic. Despite this, the quality of the products and the taste more than justify the price.

Meat too greasy for my taste and the potatoes were pitiful, small and burnt. As if they were the ones in the background that no one wants. In that case you would have to throw them away and put in new ones. . The place was not very clean. Maybe they had a bad day, but that was my experience.

Crazy that a single burger (1st item on burger side) has gone up $1 every year. Not even a cheese burger... a regular burger for $11ish. What? Yes, it's fresh, but is it even worth it at this point? I understand that it is during times of inflation but I would rather just go to a franchise like Wendy's to get a full meal with soda and fries for that price (even without their $6 big bags). Honestly, not worth going even if you have never had it. This "fast food" is expensive, and it makes me want to eat something healthier that is similarly in pricing. Well done five guys. I am gonna eat my veggies now.

The hot dog tastes very good, with a grilled aroma, but unfortunately the portion is very small. The price per portion is about $10. In terms of hot dog burgers, there are other better options.

Nice and very fast guys, excellent quality, pay attention to the quantity of chips! Their trademark and put at least twice as many as you order! Special and super tasty! The only negative note, quite cold place in winter but dinner at the top!

The bacon cheeseburger, cheeseburger, and hot dog were delicious. However, on my second visit, I was disappointed that there were no service peanuts. I hope to have it on my next visit.

Not sure where the hype comes from for Five Guys. Burgers were very normal. Fries were generous and good. But the competition is fierce in the burger space. I'm not sure that Fine Guys would make the cut when the going gets tough.
