The food was good. I ate the best blueberry pancake I've ever had. Everyone with me enjoyed their dishes. It's a pleasant place to eat and talk, but the music was a bit intrusive and loud. The service was a strange blend of off hand and appropriate. It was a very cold day and so Joey had time to talk to us and was fun.
Did the pop up Flex Frites. Steak was very good, oysters were good and Cabernet Sauvignon was great
I'm a frequent at this restaurant. The food, service and cocktails never disappoint no matter the hour you visit. If you're looking for good seafood, please take a visit. -just a NewYorker sending my thoughts.
This place is so fun! And our service was splendid. Too bad I didn't have too for desert, I'll have to forgo the oysters next time, I guess. Thank you!
Came here for the steak frites experience, but didn’t see it on the menu. Had a pot of Dijon mussels instead. I also ordered a Mac and cheese with lobster, and flex fries.
The mussels base broth had a nice flavor. They put a generous amount of Dijon mustard in it. It was very mustardy. However, the mussels were a bit disappointing because they were so tiny and skinny. I thought winter was supposed to be mussel’s season, but they seemed to be starving.
The Mac and cheese was nice. It was cheesy and creamy. I like the macaroni they use. The swirly structure makes it easier for the cheese to cling onto it. The lobster was a bit unnecessary. Should’ve order without it and save $10.
The flex fries were nice, but really nothing special about it. With the price of the mussels, the fries should have been included. I only ordered it out of curiosity. It carries the name of the restaurant and charges $9, but it was just ordinary fries.
The bread was perfect to soak up the sauce. The server was nice enough to bring me another basket of bread, so that I wouldn’t be leaving still feeling hungry. It worked!
Overall, it’s a nice restaurant. Mussels were fresh. The cooking was good. Food was nice. It was very crowded and load in there. I almost asked to change seat to the outside in this 27 degrees weather. The chair wasn’t very comfortable, especially the booth chairs. I could feel every single movement of the person sitting against me. The restroom was pretty clean.

The steak frites pop up was amazing! Everything we ate was delicious, and the atmosphere was incredible. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be back!
The Flex steak special for $47 included a salad, steak and unlimited fries. Wine was served in a carafe so you didn't know the producer unless you asked. The Malbec was terrible and server volunteered to bring us tastes of 2 other red wines, a Pinot and a Spanish Cab. The Cab won the race. The Pinot was watery. The salad was good with a Vinaigrette dressing. A Caesar salad was a $4 up charge. Not worth it! Steak was cooked perfectly and fries were tasty, but we were never asked if we wanted more (advertised as unlimited) but the portion served were more than adequate. We were seated upstairs but it was still drafty for whatever reason. Our server was excellent and explained everything about the menu when we arrived.
Booked the flex frites option but upon changing times, it defaulted to regular reservation. The restaurant was very accommodating and was able to transfer us upstairs for enjoy the flex frites option. Steak was fantastic and would definitely go again. Service was also lovely. On another note, it was our first time on the UES location as we have mainly visited the WV one before they closed.
We ate in the closed in outdoor area because the inside was very noisy. We were surprised that they had the lHappy Hour menu on Saturday. We ordered from that and the shrimp lettuce wraps and fish tacos were very good and inexpensive.

Joey and Edrei were angels, absolute sweethearts. My friend and I joined on a whim and the service and food were spectacular. Absolutely worth traveling for again.

Tried the popup FlexFrites which involved salad, flat iron steak, and unlimited fries for $47. Did not expect much at that price, but it was not bad. The salad was fresh with a straight forward vinaigrette dressing, the steak was cooked to order at medium rare and tender and the fries were made to order hot and crispy. No real complaints
On a cold winter day this meal hits the spot.
The fact that they have happy hour even makes it more amazing .
The mussels are large in size and served in a wonderful broth nicely seasoned. It’s perfect for dipping the bread into.
The service is great and I always check on you.
You easily could walk in and get a seat at the bar, but play it safe and make a reservation if you are a large party.

The food was delicious. We got there right when it opened at 4p with a reservation. What we didn't know about that until we got there, and probably should have been said when we made the reservation, is that you can only order off the happy hour menu until 5p, as the kitchen isn't ready for the full menu until then. This turned out fine though since the happy hour menu included most of what we wanted anyway, and we just stayed until 5 to order the last things we wanted to try.
We did have some confusion with the service though. It seemed we had 2 waiters and neither were particularly attentive to the table. Not sure which one got the tip.
