The food was amazing. The service was horrible not very nice people. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a very mean attitude because I wanted to do two mixed family platters half chicken half steak.

Dear black people STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I went into this restaurant and the racism we faced was out of this world. It was extremely heart breaking through their actions the message was ā€˜Don’t ever come back here, you or your money is not welcome. Black people we need to start going where we are appreciated.
SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!

The food here is absolutely delicious — you can really taste the authenticity in every dish. The mojito sauce is out of this world and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for real Colombian flavor, this is definitely the place.

The only downside is the service; it could definitely be improved. If you don’t speak Spanish, it sometimes feels like you’re a bit of a bother to the staff. It’s not enough to keep me from coming back, but it’s something to be aware of.

Overall, the food makes up for it — just be patient, and you’ll be rewarded with an amazing meal!

I’ve been coming here for years and today will be the last!!! Called to confirm there was Mangu, drove from Yonkers and it’s finished. They tell us it will be ready in 30-45 minutes and manager said 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later table next to us (who arrived after us) is served Mangu and we’re still waiting. Ponche was thick and and not what I’m used to but I paid the $13 and will never come back! All new staff and they are not what Floriditas ā€œUseā€ to be!!!

Scam they never give you the delivery, they just steal the money and said that’s not there problem.

Food was ok. Mangu was whipped and not mashed. Onion should have been a little nore balanced, too pungent. Security at the doot and they do not take credit cards.

Their menu food is what you need in your life... their buffet foods are delicious, but their menu foods are 5 notches better than the buffet foods. Taste is a matter of personal preference, but believe me when I tell you I've been there enough to confidentially say it's worth it despite spending 33 minutes looking for parking... My fiancƩe and I went 1/4/25, and he had the chicken in lemon sauce, and I had the chicken in garlic sauce, each with 2 sides...
Food is a 10 outta 10
Parking sucks but it's NYC, so you just suck it up because you're going to enjoy deliciousness šŸ˜‹
Service is good
Restaurant & seating serves it's purpose. Like my Nonna use to say, "forse non ĆØ bella, ma ha un cuore grande." Which translates to: She may not be pretty, but she has a great heart.

I JUST HAD SURGERY AND JUST TRYING TO ORDER A MEAL FOR MY FAMILY FOR DELIVERY OR MY HUSBAND PICK UP . However the individual or individuals that chose to answer the call and not communicate in English because yes we don’t speak Spanish fluently
It’s ridiculous I called over 6times and I am keep being put on hold without a response to my order. And then yall want to hang up. It’s just beyond rude. I am in physical pain and this was my fist time event trying to order from this place

The lady who serves there is very disrespectful, should be working washing dishes. Not working with people.

So cool, one of the scenes of IN THE HEIGHTS musical movie was filmed in front of this restuarant and on this block. The scene where Nina comes back home and sings "Breathe" Super cool.
