Please be careful when ordering from this location. Last night my sancocho had a weird taste to it, when I ate the yuca it tasted like “raid” roach spray. When I called to complain the lady was upset and rude, she said bring it back and I’ll refund you but I live in NJ. I called to inform them of the issue not for a refund, I have 2 small children that could have been poisoned.

It was extremely heart breaking through their actions the message was ‘Don’t ever come back here, you or your money is not welcome. Black people we need to start going where we are appreciated. The food here is absolutely delicious — you can really taste the authenticity in every dish. The mojito sauce is out of this world and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for real Colombian flavor, this is definitely the place.
The only downside is the service; it could definitely be improved. If you don’t speak Spanish, it sometimes feels like you’re a bit of a bother to the staff. It’s not enough to keep me from coming back, but it’s something to be aware of.
Overall, the food makes up for it — just be patient, and you’ll be rewarded with an amazing meal!
