This hotel is beyond amazing!!! It is classy, romantic and very clean!!! The staff is very friendly and if you need ANYTHING they get right on it!! This was my 1st trip here to NYC to see the Rockefeller tree, which is just in walking distance and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read on Facebook that they weee having a Motown brunch. Called and left messages for more information. After numerous calls finally spoke to someone who gave me a little bit of information. He promised to text me back and never heard back from him. So I can not honestly review this place.

We ordered a few starters at the restaurant in the hotel here.The staff were really brilliant, when we indicated that we wanted to share the soup, it was bought out to us in 2 portion to make it easier which is service that I did not expect!Between the 2 of us we ordered 3 starters and we were stuffed by the end of the meal. The food was great and the portions were massive!The wine was also very nice, however expensive! So be aware of this if you choose to eat here.We definitely enjoyed it and thought that the service was very good too.

What a find - you can have a quiet conversation, eat like royalty, and be attended to by friendly, professional, and attentive staff. The portions were perfect, the food top of the line, and we were welcomed like their best customers. Fabulous experience!

Well, I saw this restaurant through an ad on travel zoo and I am happy that I visited. From my first call to Danny the AD, I felt good about the reservation. The waiter, Arben was a super nice and attentive guy and made me and my BIL feel welcomed and special! The Branzino was excellent and the vegetables and potatoes were a great addition to the dish.The Steak and fries were also very well prepared and delicious! We enjoyed some excellent Cabernet and the Caesars salad and calamari were great starters. Thanks to the food manager/ hostess who took the time to greet us and check on our visit before we left. Enjoyed the music and atmosphere too. Thanks for a great experience. SJI -
