I've been going to Frankies for several months and I do enjoy your menu...although, I just had an encounter with one of your staff this afternoon.
I approached your manager with a complaint just before 6pm. He, and another staff member were so upset with me that they decided not to serve me the order that was already up for que but also told me that I was no longer welcome. I really love your food and hope to be a continuing patron.
Is there any management that can help my dilemma

The staff is great except for the management...
I explained to the manager about my last visit and how it was botched, he felt the need to not serve me today and banished me from any further visits; I'm still confused.

The staff was friendly and helpful; the food was delicious.

The dogs were good, and they had a gluten-free bun. They made sure to identify whose was who’s in our meal.

I can say that for a poor hot dog and the cheapest water I have to pay 19$ it's not worth it. They are next to the stand where you can eat, so it's better to stay away from them. Stay Away ! !

Tried Frankies Melt and was definitely worth the money and had a Pineapple Fanta to go with it, if we had the pineapple fanta back home It would definitely sell a lot. But if you come to grand central you definitely need to try Frankies hot dogs

Best hot dogs in the area, in my view. The food is great, and the box packaging is a nice touch. It's very easy to take with you on the train if you're on the move. Highly recommended for a low-key, quality meal

Honestly the food was good I’m not really a big fan of hot dogs but I eat from them anyday they hot dog was good the toppings was good can’t wait to go back they could have my money
