Good food, good portions, and great customer service (meaning it's not a robot or just someone offering a refund but actually listening and commenting on the feedback you give to them). I ordered a Korean cheesesteak sandwich and garlic fries for the first time. Wish there were more kimchi so it tastes more Korean than a regular cheesesteak, garlic fries were given a huge portion for the price and were very crunchy even if it wasn't hot when it arrived. Tried the Falafel Burger, it's amazing! The packaging could be better, but the burger is fantastic. Love the green chutney it has. Have had it 3-4 times now.
