This is one of the few salads I genuinely enjoy and can eat every day, and it really helps me stay consistent with my intake control, especially when I’m on a lunch break and trying to avoid pizza or other heavy, high-calorie options.
I most often get the Cali Cobb with hot sauce, sometimes with crispy chicken as a treat, and it’s always solid. The manager and staff are very nice and friendly.
Their breakfast guacamole toast is good too, but I usually stick with the same salad.

The food is amazing it is all fresh and the flavours are amazing, it got us ready for our busy day ahead. My favourite was the power BLT with a tea and a dash of honey with milk and bowl of fruit, Greek yogurt or a smoothy, everything was too good we had to try it all and it didn’t disappoint it was amazing and tasty. We had breakfast there everyday when we visited New York. Everyone is really friendly and we were always welcomed and Everett is amazing he is very welcoming and friendly always welcoming us, made sure we are okay and had great conversations.

Had not Been there in years I enjoyed chicken from the hot area and a soup with quinoa in it for a quick lunch before getting on the holiday carousel. The chicken was delicious and the soup was ok plenty of tables. Some too close to the door which made it cold i used to enjoy the salsd bar pre pandemic. It reminds me to go back

Great location and opened early. The ladies working were extremely nice to my Son and I. They were patient with him while he was ordering his food. They even made sure we were all set up to eat on the go.
Building was very clean and presentable.
We got an egg and bacon sandwich, French toast, and two shakes.
Egg and bacon didn’t have much flavor. The shakes did have much flavor but ok since it seemed fresh.
