The food here is good and fresh, but the main downside is I paid $30 for a salad. I wouldn’t return just because there are more affordable alternatives right across the street, like Sweet Green.

I visited fresh and co for the first time Monday morning z I was looking for a reasonable and healthy breakfast and lunch. Now the lunch was a bit pricey but I had more than enough to save for dinner that night. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely helpful. Astrid and Jamie were so nice to me when helping decide. They were patient and allowed me to have taste samples which were amazing. I would recommend this to everyone!

This was our last stop in NYC before taking the Amtrack train back home. The seating area was clean, the atmosphere bright, staff friendly, and efficient.
We ordered the Turkey Avocado Sandwich and Chicken Swarma Salad to dine in. Everything was fresh as advertised and fulfilling. We also took a South Beach salad and a pick your own salad for us on the train and ate them for dinner.
If we are to return for a future trip, we will be sure to move away from the commercially trendy food offerings at Times Square and eat at Fresh & Go again.

I just wanted to say Kristen was so great, you can tell she creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone she helps. Even as she was assisting me, she was greeting regulars like they were family. She had such great energy and honestly brightened my day. The rest of the team had great energy too, super friendly and inviting to every customer. This store is also very nice and clean, and the food was great. But I just wanted to give Kristen a shout out (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) I hope you have a great birthday this weekend! 😄

I liked the chicken bowl I tried and they also had a very tasty chicken soup. I recommend this place if you want to eat something quick and delicious. The carrot juice is delicious.

It took 30 minutes to get two hot teas ready. And the register worker and line worker were having to look at the menu for ingredients on how to make the food. Not friendly. Ignored everyone that came in.
