Lots of great options and the staff was really helpful when we had questions about ingredients- one of my party has celiac.Dietary restrictions: One of the staff at the grab and go brought out the container of ranch so I could check for gluten. Really made our day to be able to check things were safe.

Every time I come to NYC it's a tradition to get Korean Soft Tofu stew from Kpop Haus. Best food I've ever tasted in my life.

Place looks amazing, but the service could be much better. The croissants that I bought left much to be desired.

Anne Hathaway did not spit in my food.
I like the Grab-N-Go counter. I enjoyed the steak & peppercorn sauce with rice and veggies (best if you pour the sauce over everything). The beverage selection is also decent.

Only thing good was teriyaki chicken. The Korean fried chicken was nasty and the tacos were terrible. The customer service was worst than the food. Spent almost $60 for nothing

Ordered the boneless sweet chili chicken with fries and I got a bad case of food poisoning.

Quite a good atmosphere with lots of varietyThere are many restaurants.
The Korean dish lacked the authentic Korean flavor, and considering the price, it didn't quite match the expected taste profile. However, despite this, I found the overall experience enjoyable, appreciating the ambiance and other aspects of the place.

Food is ok. There is a variety to choose from and tables to sit at. The price point is definitely overpriced.

Huge variety to-go food plates, sandwiches, beverages and other things. Had a huge sub, but at $18, I guess it should be! It was made right then, but there was tons in the refrigerated sections everywhere. Almost everything was pretty expensive, but I guess that's expected as it's right next to the 9/11 area.

The fettuccini Alfredo was AMAZING!!!!!! By far the best tasting I've ever had! I had the same dish at two other very famous places on our trip that didn't even compare!

The Korean Chicken is AMAZING! Some of the best I have ever had. The fries were alright, I could've done without them. We also got the Crazy Roll across the way. The sushi rolls are very large and come with a DELICIOUS miso soup. It is also next to a bunch of other food places incase someone in your family wants something different to eat!
