my experience was very disappointing.this was my first time here and the beds it the room were aweful. mattresses were so old and cheap quality not what I expected for the amount of money I spent. when you sat on the bed it caved in. even switched my room thinking it would help. it didnt. I woke up in sever back pain. had to make an emergency apt with my chiropractor. the rooms are outdated. ink makes on my sheets. lighting in room was poor. hallways too dark. very disappointed...read full review
