I told the folks behind the counter that I was vegan, and did not want any sort of powder in the smoothie because I didn't want to have to check the ingredients. They insisted that the powder be in the smoothie (this is an Herbalife establishment that I assume requires them to use it), so I asked to check the labels - at which point I discovered that the ingredients contain milk. I advise any vegan that this establishment was claiming that their powders are plant based which is not true.
